The academic honors' dean's list for the Fall 2018 semester has been announced by Dr. Donna Hedgepath, Campbellsville University's provost and vice president for academic affairs.

The academic honors' president's list for the Spring 2018 semester has been announced by Dr. Donna Hedgepath, Campbellsville University's provost and vice president for academic affairs.

"Because I cannot add years to my life, I want to add life to my years. If I am not able to do anything about the length of my life, I can do something about its breadth and depth," Dr. E. Bruce Heilman, 92, chancellor at the University of Richmond in Virginia told Campbellsville University graduates in his commencement address Saturday, May 12. "The most important day in an institution is commencement. This is one of those days you will always remember. My heart is full of thankfulness and humbled by your accomplishments. We are very proud of you," Dr. Michael V. Carter, in his 19th year as president, told 700 students, a record, in four ceremonies on May 11 and 12. Also, a record number of 1,013 students graduated during the 2017-18 academic year. Carter said Campbellsville University has also set a record enrollment of more than 10,000 students, and students graduating from CU have the lowest student debt of any public or private institution in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Campbellsville University honored students, faculty and staff who have gone above and beyond their calling at the recent annual Honors and Awards Day in Ransdell Chapel. Awards were presented in categories of Special Awards, Academic Awards, Servant Leadership Awards, Honors Graduates, Alpha Chi, Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and Champions of Character.

The academic honors' president's list for the spring 2015 semester has been announced by Dr. Frank Cheatham, Campbellsville University's senior vice president for academic affairs.

The academic honors' dean's list for the fall 2014 semester has been announced by Dr. Frank Cheatham, Campbellsville University's senior vice president for academic affairs.

The academic honors' list recognizes students who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or above for the semester with a course load of at least 12 hours. The spring 2014 academic honors' list includes a total of 567 students, with 226 named to the President's List for achieving a 4.0 grade point average, and 341 named to the Dean's List for achieving a 3.5 to 3.99 GPA.

A total of 144 students, faculty and staff from Campbellsville University are serving in missions and ministry projects this summer. Students will serve at Springhill Camps, Crossings Camps, Go Tell Camps, LifeWay Centrikid, Week Hope, Camp Schafer, Center for Courageous Kids, LifeWay CentriFuge Camp, Christ in Youth, North American Mission Board, CU Crew, Ghana, Northern Ireland, LifeWay's Mission Fuge, mission trips to Thailand, Haiti Dallas KBC Acts 1:8, and others.
